History
The company was founded by Peter Dinstuehler in Nuremberg in 1990 and started with six employees. The first subsidiary was founded in Hamburg in 1993. More offices were then opened in Germany. In 1999, the company implemented an aggressive expansion plan. This included the founding of companies in the United States, Austria, and within Germany. Additionally, is Industrie Software GmbH was added to supplement the company's core business activities. The company was converted to a stock corporation in the year 2000.
