Since we are active in the upper market segment, we unfortunately can’t use the employment market to cover our demand", says Dinstühler, who attaches a great importance to absolute quality orientation.
For Austria, where the company in Salzburg – the is Industrial Services GmbH - focuses in particular on the strong growing sector building engineering, and where already 105 persons are employed, also a massive amount of employees is required. As a consequence of the boom it becomes apparent that the four-storey building in the Hinterfeldstrasse in Salzburg, which was only opened in 2004 must soon be extended by another building of the same size. After five years only, the company has become one of the leading engineering companies for building engineering in Austria.
