Since the end 2005 Beat Hiller is member of the Supervisory Board and Managing Director of the is Industrial Services AG Switzerland having its seat in Zurich. Beat Hiller, born in 1956, after his training to become electrician, studied from 1977 to 1980 to become graduate engineer for electrical engineering (Diplom-Elektro-Ingenieur HTL). Until the mid eighties he worked for different Swiss companies; among others also in the position as hardware and software developer for fire control systems. From 1987 to 1990 he was moreover working in the sectors of networks and network planning, lastly for the Züricher Kantonalbank. In 1990 Beat Hiller joined the AWK Engineering AG in Zurich as director of the department radio, deployment and traffic management systems. Since 2000 Hiller has been partner of the AWK Group and managed the areas traffic telematics (MIV/OeV) and police/rescuing.

Beat Hiller has a son and a daughter.
